How PVE works

PVE is a launchpad on Raydium LaunchLab. Every coin spawns at ~$9k with a high float, pays a flat 1.25% tax that goes back into the coin, and graduates to Raydium at ~$40.8k with deep, locked liquidity. Each rule below says whether it's enforced on-chain or by PVE.

Overview

On most launchpads the first buyer is a bot. A coin opens at a few thousand dollars, a bundle takes a fifth of the supply for pocket change, the ticker gets copied a hundred times, and the fees go to the platform. Everyone else buys someone's exit.

PVE fixes the launch itself. Coins open at a real price with 680M tokens on the curve, the tax buys the coin back, the LP at graduation is 135 SOL deep and locked, and nobody can relaunch your exact ticker for 60 minutes. PVE is only where you launch. Trading works from any terminal.

Launching a coin

on-chain
  1. 1Fill in name, ticker and imageDescription and your X account are optional. The ticker is checked live against the anti-vamp lock.
  2. 2Choose a dev buy, or noneYour buy goes in the same transaction as the launch, at the start price, with the same 1.25% tax as everyone.
  3. 3Sign once from your walletPVE builds a Raydium LaunchLab launch with a pre-ground mint ending in …pve. You sign it; you pay ~0.02 SOL plus network fees.
  4. 4It's live everywhereThe coin is listed on PVE and tradeable on Jupiter, Axiom, Photon, GMGN and Raydium straight away.

Metadata is set for you: the coin's website points to its PVE page, so every terminal links back to the real coin. Name, ticker and image are fixed at launch, and nobody can mint more tokens.

Bonding curve

on-chain

Every coin uses the same Raydium LaunchLab constant-product curve. It opens at ~$9k, sells 680M tokens, and graduates once 135 SOL has been raised, at about $40.8k. The curve always quotes a price, so you can buy or sell at any time before graduation.

On pump.fun a coin opens at ~$2.7k and runs about 15x to graduation, so whoever lands in block 0 owns the chart. PVE's curve runs about 4.5x, so the first buyer's edge is a fraction of that.

USD figures use SOL at $96.65. The curve is fixed in SOL, so dollar values move with the SOL price.

Tax & where it goes

Every buy and sell on the curve pays a flat 1.25%, charged by the LaunchLab program: 1% to PVE and 0.25% to Raydium. It's the same on every terminal. on-chain

PVE's engine regularly claims PVE's share from every pool. 40% of it buys that same coin back and burns it, which is 32% of the whole tax. 24% runs the PVE platform, 24% goes through the PVE split, and Raydium keeps 20%. Every buyback, burn and LP add is an on-chain transaction shown in the live feed. PVE

Graduation & locked LP

on-chain

When 135 SOL is raised, Raydium migrates the coin into a Raydium CPMM pool with all of that SOL and the 320M tokens (32% of supply) that never sold. Raydium runs the migration, not PVE, so it happens even if PVE is offline.

The LP is locked forever. PVE's platform config sends 100% of the LP to Raydium's LP lock. PVE holds the lock's fee key, which can collect trading fees but can never withdraw the liquidity. Nobody can pull it, PVE and the creator included.

A pump.fun coin graduates with about 85 SOL in its pool. A PVE coin graduates with 135 SOL, so the same sell moves the price far less.

Trading anywhere

on-chain

PVE coins are standard SPL tokens with no transfer hook and no allowlist. On the curve they trade through Raydium LaunchLab; after graduation through the Raydium CPMM pool. Jupiter, Axiom, Photon, GMGN and Raydium all route to them. PVE's own trade panel is just one more front end.

Anti-vamp

PVE

When a coin launches, PVE locks its ticker for 60 minutes. Nobody can launch the exact same ticker again on PVE in that window. Capital letters don't matter, so $PEPE and $pepe are the same ticker.

After the window, the first coin keeps an OG tag on the site so buyers can tell the original from later copies.

Linked-wallet check

PVE

When you buy through PVE, the site looks at where a fresh wallet's first SOL came from. It turns away wallets funded by the coin's dev, by a wallet that already holds the coin, or by a funder already feeding other fresh wallets into it. Exchanges and busy apps that fund thousands of wallets are ignored.

Every coin page also has a holder watch: the top holders, the dev's share, pools, and clusters of fresh wallets with the same funder, including wallets that bought on other terminals. There's no per-wallet cap.

LP boost

PVE

Every 24 hours the boost pot is added as locked liquidity to the 3 biggest graduated coins over $100k, split evenly. Volume from every coin thickens the books of the coins people are actually trading.

PVE vs pump.fun

What each problem looks like on pump.fun, and what PVE does about it.

High float start
on-chain

pump.funOpens at ~$2.7k. One bundle in block 0 takes a huge bag for pocket change.

Spawns at ~$9k. Every coin opens at ~$9k with 680M tokens on the curve. The first buyer pays a real price, so a 0.5 SOL snipe can't own a fifth of the chart.

Deep LP, locked forever
on-chain

pump.funGraduates with ~85 SOL in the pool, so big sells after graduation move the price a lot more.

135 SOL + 32% of supply. At ~$40.8k Raydium moves the curve into a CPMM pool with all 135 SOL raised and the 32% of supply that never sold. The LP is locked through Raydium's LP lock, so nobody can pull it, PVE and the creator included.

Flat tax, any terminal
on-chain

pump.funSimilar fee, but it goes to the platform and the dev. None of it goes back into the coin.

1.25% on every curve trade. Every buy and sell on the curve pays 1.25%: 1% to PVE and 0.25% to Raydium. Coins are plain SPL tokens on Raydium LaunchLab, so Jupiter, Axiom, Photon, GMGN and Raydium itself can trade them from block 0.

Fees go back into the coin
PVE

pump.funThe platform keeps its fee. Volume makes pump richer, not your coin.

40% of PVE's fee burns the coin. PVE's engine claims its fee from every pool. 40% buys that same coin back and burns it and 30% runs the PVE platform. The rest goes through the PVE split: 40% into the coin's locked LP after graduation, 25% more buyback, 20% $PVE buyback, 15% boost pot.

Anti-vamp
PVE

pump.funThe same ticker is relaunched hundreds of times in minutes, splitting the buyers.

Same ticker locked 60 min. Once a coin launches, nobody can launch the exact same ticker on PVE for 60 minutes. The first coin keeps the OG tag after that.

Linked-wallet check
PVE

pump.funA dev spreads one bag across fifty fresh wallets and nobody can tell.

Dev-funded wallets blocked. Before a buy through PVE, the site checks where a fresh wallet's SOL came from. Wallets funded by the dev, by a holder, or by someone already feeding fresh wallets into this coin are turned away. The holder list on every coin page flags linked wallets, including ones that bought elsewhere.

LP boost
PVE

pump.funNothing. A winner's liquidity is whatever it graduated with.

Top 3 coins, every 24h. Every 24 hours the boost pot is added as locked LP to the 3 biggest graduated coins over $100k. The coins people actually trade get thicker books.

Real CAs end in …pve
PVE

pump.funBots deploy straight to the program and list instantly.

Only site launches are listed. PVE grinds every mint address ahead of time so it ends in "pve", and only PVE's server holds those keys. A coin is listed only if it was launched through pve.markets, so copycat deploys straight to the program never show up.

Deploy fee
on-chain

pump.funFree to launch, so a thousand copies a minute.

0.02 SOL to launch. Launching costs about 0.02 SOL in rent and network fees, paid by the creator's wallet. Cheap for a real launch, expensive for a thousand spam ones.

On-chain vs PVE

On-chain means the Raydium programs enforce it: the curve, the tax, graduation, the locked LP, the fixed supply. Nobody can change those for a coin once it's launched, including PVE.

PVE means pve.markets and PVE's engine enforce it: anti-vamp, the linked-wallet check, listing only site launches, and spending PVE's fee on buybacks, LP and boosts. The linked-wallet check applies to buys on pve.markets; trades on other terminals still go through, and the holder watch flags them.

FAQ

Can I trade PVE coins on Axiom, Photon, GMGN or Jupiter?+
Yes. PVE coins are plain SPL tokens on Raydium LaunchLab, with no transfer hook. Any terminal that supports LaunchLab or Raydium can buy and sell from block 0.
Is the tax the same everywhere?+
Yes. The 1.25% is charged by the LaunchLab program itself, so it's the same on PVE and every other terminal.
Who gets the LP at graduation?+
Nobody can withdraw it. Raydium migrates the curve into a CPMM pool and locks the LP. PVE holds the lock's fee key, so it can only collect trading fees from the pool, never the liquidity.
Can the dev rug?+
The dev can't mint more tokens or pull liquidity. The only thing a dev can do is sell tokens they bought, like anyone else. The coin page shows how much the dev holds.
Why does my coin start at ~$9k and not ~$3k like pump.fun?+
A higher starting price means the first buyers pay real money for their bags, so sniping a big share of supply is expensive. It also leaves more SOL in the pool at graduation.
Is there a max wallet?+
No. There's no per-wallet cap. What PVE blocks on its own site is fresh wallets funded by the dev or by another holder, so one person can't pose as fifty.
What happens if my ticker is taken?+
If someone launched the exact same ticker in the last 60 minutes, the launch form tells you when it's free again.
Can I add a website or Telegram?+
Your coin's website is set to its PVE page (pve.markets/coin/your-CA), so terminals always link back to the real coin. You can add your X account when you launch.
